Instructions:
You may select any quantity of an item that you would like to order on any of our pages. These items will be placed into a "Shopping Cart" to keep track of items ordered. You will have the ability to add or remove an item at anytime from your shopping cart before processing your Order Form. Do not press any "Checkout" buttons if you want to mail or fax us your order. You will not loose your order when pressing a Checkout button, it will just take you to the "Online Credit Card" ordering process.

When you are at our "Shopping Cart" page, you can create a Mail-in or Fax Order Form. If your "Total" in the Shopping Cart does not include shipping and handling, you can select (Set your mailing information to calculate). You may also select "Print to purchase by fax or mail" to create your Order Form. It will automatically include shipping and handling costs if you select this option first.

Please include your correct "Billing Address" information if you are going to use your credit card information. We will be unable to process credit card orders without correct Billing Address information. This is an added safeguard for your protection against use of stolen credit cards.
