Ordering
It is very safe and secure to place orders over our web site with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or with funds from your checking account. Just enter the quantity of those item you choose to order and press the "Add to Order" button. A "Shopping Cart" will keep track of items selected and you can continue shopping. When you are finished shopping, use the "View your Cart" button. Use the "Checkout" button for credit card orders (see our mail-in page for mail and fax details). You will need to enter your shipping address in order to calculate and add-in shipping and handling costs. Your order is a "real-time" secured transaction that is made through a secured server.

Use this Mail-In Order Form to mail or fax us an order. You can either mail us a check, money order, or credit card information (no cash please). You can also use this form to fax us an order with credit card information only.

Orders will be sent after credit card transaction is verified. It can take up to 48 hours for an internet credit card transaction to be processed. Delivery method for intercontinental-US Internet-placed orders is generally via US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS for larger/heavier packages. UPS Ground takes 7 "business" days to deliver goods. This means that an order sent out on a Monday will not be received until the "following" week. Too many of us remember when UPS Ground Service orders used to be received in just a couple of days!

Outside USA Orders
Please e-mail us your order (do not include credit card information) if you are located outside the USA. You can go to our Outside USA Form for instructions. Just follow the simple instructions on this form.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be given on unopened merchandise returned in sellable condition. Purchaser will pay for all shipping costs. If shipping company damages merchandise, you must contact Developed.net via e-mail within 48 hours of receiving shipment to be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be given on damaged merchandise if we are not contacted within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.
